•💸 To secure your spa party date, a non-refundable deposit of $100.00 is required.
•📅 Party Times Available:
- Fridays: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM
- Saturdays: 11:00 AM, 2:00 PM, & 6:00 PM (Pajama Party only at 6 PM)
- Sundays: 11:00 AM & 2:00 PM
•📩 Deposits are accepted only after your reservation is discussed and confirmed by a Mix It Up Spa Bus team member.
•💻 All payments are made directly through our website via secure Stripe Checkout.
We also accept Afterpay, Google Pay, and Link for a faster, seamless checkout experience.
•⚠️ Please do not submit payment until you receive booking confirmation.
•🚫 All deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations will require a new deposit — no exceptions.
• 💵 Remaining balance is due in cash on the day of your event.
• ⏱️ Bookings made less than 2 weeks in advance will incur a $50 rush fee.
• 🧾 PayPal is the only method accepted for deposits and is subject to standard processing fees.
• 🏡 We bring the Mix It Up Spa Bus directly to your desired location!
• 📏 We require:
- 25 ft of flat, safe parking for the Spa Bus
- No parking in driveways, on steep hills, or uneven terrain
• 📣 Please notify neighbors in advance and ensure space is reserved.
• 👭 Standard packages include up to 8 guests (including the birthday child).
• ➕ Additional guests can be added for a fee – contact us in advance.
• 🔞 No children under 5 are allowed onboard.
• 👶 Siblings not included in the guest count are not permitted.
• 💰 An 18% gratuity will be applied to events with more than 10 guests.
• 📌 If fewer than 8 guests attend, full package price still applies.
• 📍 We serve Winston-Salem, Charlotte, Durham, and Raleigh, NC.
• 🚗 Travel Fees:
- $50 for areas outside Winston-Salem
- $90 for extended areas (Charlotte, Durham, Raleigh)
