β€’πŸ“… Party Times Available:
- Fridays: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM
- Saturdays: 11:00 AM, 2:00 PM, & 6:00 PM (Pajama Party only at 6 PM)
- Sundays: 11:00 AM & 2:00 PM

β€’πŸ“© Deposits are accepted only after your reservation is discussed and confirmed by a Mix It Up Spa Bus team member.

β€’πŸ’» All payments are made directly through our website via secure Stripe Checkout.
We also accept Afterpay, Google Pay, and Link for a faster, seamless checkout experience..

β€’βš οΈ Please do not submit payment until you receive booking confirmation.

β€’πŸš« All deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations will require a new deposit β€” no exceptions.

β€’ πŸ’΅ Remaining balance is due in cash on the day of your event.

β€’ ⏱️ Bookings made less than 2 weeks in advance will incur a $50 rush fee.

β€’ 🧾 PayPal is the only method accepted for deposits and is subject to standard processing fees.

β€’ 🏑 We bring the Mix It Up Spa Bus directly to your desired location!

β€’ πŸ“ We require:
- 25 ft of flat, safe parking for the Spa Bus
- No parking in driveways, on steep hills, or uneven terrain

β€’ πŸ“£ Please notify neighbors in advance and ensure space is reserved.

β€’ πŸ‘­ Standard packages include up to 8 guests (including the birthday child).

β€’ βž• Additional guests can be added for a fee – contact us in advance.

β€’ πŸ”ž No children under 5 are allowed onboard.

β€’ πŸ‘Ά Siblings not included in the guest count are not permitted.

β€’ πŸ’° An 18% gratuity will be applied to events with more than 10 guests.

β€’ πŸ“Œ If fewer than 8 guests attend, full package price still applies.

β€’ πŸ“ We serve Winston-Salem, Charlotte, Durham, and Raleigh, NC.

β€’ πŸš— Travel Fees:
- $50 for areas outside Winston-Salem
- $90 for extended areas (Charlotte, Durham, Raleigh)

β€’ πŸ“· We may use party photos for promotional use on our website or social media.

β€’ πŸ“ Photo release forms will be required at each event.

β€’ πŸ“‹ Parents must notify us of any allergies or medical concerns.

β€’ 🧴 For severe allergies, parents must provide alternate spa products.

β€’ πŸ™… We reserve the right to refuse service to any child without appropriate accommodations.

β€’ 🀧 Children showing signs of illness will not be allowed onboard.

β€’ 🚫 We reserve the right to deny service to any visibly ill guest.

β€’ πŸ•“ Parties begin at their scheduled time and cannot be delayed.

β€’ πŸ’² A $50 fee applies to events starting more than 10 minutes late.

β€’ πŸ‘¨πŸ‘©πŸ‘§ Parents are not allowed on the bus during the party (except guest of honor’s parent).

β€’ πŸ• No food or snacks allowed on the Spa Bus.

β€’ πŸ₯€ Light refreshments and beverages will be provided for guests.

β€’ πŸ”§ In the event of mechanical issues, the party will move indoors (if possible).

β€’ πŸŽ‰ We’ll recreate the spa experience indoors with the same fun and energy.

β€’ πŸ–ŠοΈ Parents must provide signed photo & liability forms for all guests.

β€’ πŸšͺ Client agrees to provide access to the home if needed.

β€’ 🚫 Clients are responsible for ensuring no interference with Spa Bus parking.

β€’ βš–οΈ Clients agree to hold harmless Mix It Up Spa Bus for damages or incidents, including weather-related cancellations.

β€’ πŸ’΅ All prices are subject to change without notice.

β€’ 🚷 We reserve the right to refuse service for safety or health-related concerns.
